Widgets showing I don't want

Have the twenty-eleven theme and when I use the sidebar it automatically displays the words “Archives” and “Meta>Site Admin and Log Out”. I don’t know how to get rid of it. It doesn’t show up on the widgets page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Those widgets are the default set which come with Twenty-Eleven. Just add a widget of your choice and they will go away. See here:

If I want to include and email address in the widget area is it possible to apply a link to it?
