Widgets Solution for eCommerce site

Hello,
I’m currently planning on building an eCommerce website on WordPress but before getting started as i’m new to this, wanted some advise or recommendations on plugin/Widgets.
The plan for the site is to have membership profiles where our members can register on our website then create and edit their profiles by publishing articles written by them and put up items for sale related to the eCommerce (Example: hand crafted figurines)
The members should be able to upload images or videos of the related items for sale.The payments happen between customers and our registered members where customers will place orders for the items up for sale by our members and the payment will be made directly to the member. (Note we only act as a place where customers and members meet)
Regarding these sort of requirements , can anyone give me some recommendations or advise on which plugins/widgets would be suitable to offer these requirements for payments and membership content? (Paid plugins is not an issue)
Also an alternative to Paypal would be helpful.Apologies for the broad question, would highly appreciate feedback and are grateful for your time and advise.

The WooCommerce plugin should do everything you want. It also includes a membership add-on, though that’s more to restrict access to certain areas of the site only to members – for what you do adding the sellers as users on the site should be enough – and it has a vendors add-on to turn your site into an online marketplace like you’re describing. It support multiple payment gateways.
