widgets text Internet Explorer problems

  Hello,

  Did install the wp in local machine (xp pro).

  The reason why I wanted on local machine was to check a glitch, with wp from gatorhost.com (fantastico). Well I thought was a glitch!

  The problem(s):

  1) On IE Appearance-> Widgets -> Text -> Add ….on the right side —> Edità after you click, should open up (like drop text editor box) so you can type or copy/paste . It doesn’t. When you click <Edit> the blue bar disappears.

  On FF It opens and you can type or copy/paste html codes.

  2) After pasting the code on FF the page appears correct on FF and distorted on IE.

  I thought may be the wp on gatorhost.com was corrupted!!! It does the same thing on the local wp that I just installed.

  If you are using Fantastico you are using WordPress.ORG.

  you’ll wanna head over to the wordpress.ORG forum for this.

  check the yellow sticky at the top of the forum to understand the difference between .ORG and .COM
