widgets that will link when clicked

  I’m hoping you widget experts can help with what is probably a simple solution: If you have created an image fore Text 1 in widgets, is it possible make it link to another page if the image is clicked?

  Thanks in advance for your help. Please be sure to include a step by step as I’m a novice.
