Widgets unable to edit

  My problem is that when I try to move widget around in dashboard…it just doesn’t work! I click on it but it just stay still doesn’t move or doesn’t show more imfomation when I click on the triangle thingy.

  Also when I go to wordpress.com homesite I see no huge pitures and I see only text.

  So please HELP!
