Widgets won't delete

I cannot remove a number of widgets “archive” and “meta” from the right hand side of my screen.
i have attempted to drag them out of the widgets menu a number of times but they are still there when I update my page.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

yep. there seems to be a bug because I couldn’t get rid of them no matter what. I tried re-adding them and then re-deleting them but they wouldn’t go.
IN the end I think I added in every widget, then deleted them all and this somehow got rid of the “archive” etc that would not go.Thanks

I’ve just mapped my domain: http://www.silvergumfarm.com to my blog and it has stopped my email from working.Can you tell me where I can go to re-enter my mail server and IP address to get my mail back up again?

Hi there!
You can edit your DNS settings through Store > Domains. Click “Edit DNS” button on the right of your domain name.

I have NO IDEA how to write a new DNS record.I have the mail server. and I have the IP address.
That’s it.
I’ve read the link you put there a number of times both before and after trying the support line. It doesn’t tell me what I need to include and I’ve got Zero experience with DNS records.Can you please help me to sort this out. It is urgent as I have customers emailing me who aren’t getting bounce backs but I am not aware that they are emailing.

I know these records can be really confusing to get formatted correctly. I can definitely help! I just saw your mail server information posted in another thread.
I’ve formatted your MX Record and entered into your DNS settings. Your DNS records are currently:
A mail 103.254.137.18 MX 10 mail.silvergumfarm.com.Can you contact your mail host and confirm that those are correct? DNS changes can take several hours to fully take effect (and theoretically up to 72 hours). Let me know if your mail isn’t working in a day and I’ll look into it!

my mail seems to be working now.
but in trying to get my mail to work, i swapped out the primary domain back to the wordpress one.
now that you’ve entered my DNS details, I assume I can make silvergumfarm.com my primary domain again?
Goodness, it was very frustrating not being able to get a hold of anyone yesterday and last night. But i’m guessing you are US based? -
oh dear. now I get a redirect loop error and the website loops from silvergumfarm.com to silvergumfarm.com/wordpress???

can you please tell me what would be causing this?
I have left the primary domain as silvergumfarm/wordpress which stops the redirect loop error.
but cannot receive any emails to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address this afternoon. I received emails on this account this morning.

OK. Final status is:
I have changed primary domain back to silvergum.com
email is now working again.And when I type in my URL http://www.silvergumfarm.com it redirects to
http://www.silvergumfarm/wordpress.com
But I don’t want my clients to see the wordpress in my URL address bar. How can I avoid that?

I am US based. Sorry that we keep missing each other.
You should be able to change your primary domain without affecting your mail settings. It may have caused a glitch because the DNS settings hadn’t fully propagated yet. Can you try making that change again?
