Width issues with Vigilance

    Can someone please give me a hand here with the width of my blog?

    1. I’m trying to get the blog to fill the page as much as possible and then set the header to the full width
    2. Widen the side bar slightly
    3. Line up the widgets so they fill the sidebar as there’s some funny formatting going on here
    4. Remove the blue footer…. and can anyone else see that silly little smiley at the very bottom?

    Many questions arghhhh!
