wierd thing stuck in my L sidebar

Please help! I had orginally typed in ++adcode here++ on my L sidebar while waiting for my adsense code. In a few days, I decided I didn’t want adsense, so I deleted those words. Sometimein between adding and deleting them, an internet explorer page ( part of one) got stuck like glue to that sidebar. I have deleted cache and cookies, redone all the widgets, and anything else I was told to do and that hidious thing will not budge. It’s my very first site and I think it came out pretty good, but that thing has me tearing my hair out. it ruins the site,. Check it out at creepycontactlenses.com oh yes, it doesn’t show up on firefox, but does on explorer. Can anybody please help me? Thank you so much, Jan R
