Wild West Domains and updating the namesevers

    I have a domain: vepa.me, that I purchased through WordPress who evidently (at least in my case) uses Wild West Domains, LLC . as a Registrar.
    I just changed my host from Inmotion to BlueHost, and they asked me to contact the domain’s current registrar and ask them to update the nameservers.
    Wild West Domains, LLC refuses to do so telling me to contact WordPress, but as a free WordPress account holder, I haven’t the availability to use personal assistance from WordPress.
    Who do I contact on WordPress to ask to update the domain’s current registrar and ask them to update the nameservers?

    Hi there,

    To update your nameservers, just login to your WordPress.com account firstly and then on the left-hand side of your screen you see option which says “My Sites” click on it > Domains
    choose the appropriate domain of which you wish to update nameserver click there > Name Server and DNS option
    > slide the radio button which says “Use WordPress.com Name Servers”
    > ask your host to provide you nameserver details and paste it there.

    Please note that you should have an active domain registered with WordPress.com to follow the above steps.

    Hi Vera,

    Wild West Domains is our domain partner but vepa.me was purchased through WordPress.com so you can contact us directly if you need any help.

    However, I checked your domain and the name servers are currently pointing to Bluehost. It looks like you’ve got this sorted out now but please let me know if you need any further help.
