  Dear Sir or Madam,
  I want to host my domain with you. It is a .biz address. Do you also support .biz email?

  Yes, WordPress supports .biz TLD, you can host your domain with WordPress.com.

  As you have already purchased a domain name with another provider and If you prefer to keep your domain registered with your current provider, you can use it with your WordPress.com site by domain mapping.

  WordPress.com also has an option of Domain Transfer. You can use your domain with your WordPress.com site in either way you wish

  Do you also support .biz email?

  WordPress.com doesn’t offer email hosting directly. You’d need to keep your domain and email where it is and map your domain to a WordPress.com site:
  https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/
