Will cancelling my plan also cancel my domain name

  If I cancel my plan and request a refund, will my domain name also be cancelled?

  Hi there,

  I see no plan and no domain on the account you’re contacting us from.

  If you’re referring to okrikamall.com, then that site is hosted by NameCheap and therefore you need to contact them regarding any cancelation questions you have.

  No, your domain will not be canceled unless you specifically choose to. If you cancel your plan only you will receive a refund minus the cost the domain registration.

  Also, note that without a plan a domain will only redirect to the free .wordpress.com address of your site. A plan is needed to make a domain your primary address.
