Will changing a site url negatively affect SEO, and what to do?

    A client has decided that they want to change the name of their organization, 10 months after I developed their website, and it will remain on WordPress.com. How is that going to affect the site’s SEO, since none of the site’s pages’ urls will remain the same?

    Do I need to deal with 301 Redirect, or something similar?
