Will CSS customization allow me to move Pilcrow tagline?

  I would like to move the tagline on my Pilcrow theme from the bottom of the page to just below the title. I’m wondering if I purchase the CSS Customization, if I can do it that way.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, that can be done, but I would probably suggest putting the tagline into a text widget and then we can help you style and move that text widget up and into the header area where you want it. We do this quite often for people.

  Thank you! Does moving the text widget into header area require css customization?

  In some themes it can be done using inline CSS in the text widget, but it doesn’t always work as well that way since the text could end up shifting up or down depending on if you are logged in (admin bar at top) or logged out (no admin bar). Doing it from within the CSS directly allows a second change to keep that shift from happening.
