Will Custom Design Upgrade allow me to centre my headline?

I’m setting up my blog and the theme puts the headline on the left. Will upgrading to CSS Custom Design allow me to centre it? Thanks!

The answer is: it depends on your CSS coding skills. If you are good enough to know which edits to make, yes. Otherwise it’s like buying a car without knowing how to drive. At the head of the CSS forum are a list of tutorials and resources. You can read them and practice using the free CSS preview, and when you know you can make those changes correctly, purchase the upgrade. It’s not complicated, but it is a learning curve.

Thanks. Also, if I buy an upgrade and then decide to change themes, will the upgrade apply to the new theme as well?

Depends on what you mean by “apply”. The upgrade is per blog, so it remains valid no matter what theme you chose; but CSS editing is theme-specific, so when you change theme you must delete whatever CSS you’ve added and start over.
