will custom domain break internal links

  if I set up my blog at ecologyottawa3.wordpress.com but later want to use the domain ecologyottawa.ca can you please confirm that all the internal links will not break?

  Any link pointing to ecologyottawa3.wordpress.com will be redirected to the correct ecologyottawa.ca URL.
