Will I be breaking Advertising rules?

I just wanted to clear something up. There is a competition from Microsoft in Australia for uni and TAFE students to win a competition if they post a link to two sites and place in key words.
“ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS ADD THE LINK ‘WWW.ITSNOTCHEATING.COM.AU’ MENTION THE WORDS ‘OFFICE’, AND ‘CONTIKI’ AND INCLUDE ‘WWW.MYCANVASCARD.COM.AU’, IN YOUR BLOG OR VIDEO.”
If I was to do this and enter the competition would it be breaking the wordpress.com advertising rules? -
From my understanding of past forum discussions on WP.com TOS, yes. But to be absolutely certain, I would put this question to staff and not forum volunteers. Support hours are limited, but the contact form is active on this page when they are around

Maybe since support is closed on weekends and this competition might have a time limit, maybe email staff at support@wordpress.com and hopefully they can tell you more quickly.

That also sounds very strongly like a hoax. Generally when I’ve seen things like this attributed to Microsoft, it turns out not to be MS at all.
Especially since MS isn’t part of the links you are creating…..
