Will I compulsorily change from wordpress.com to .org with Premium upgrade?

  As per Audio instructions, I need o upgrade to Premium for mp3 files. But will the Premium upgrade automatically change my wordpress.com to .org?
  I want to retain wordpress.com url and yet have Premium upgrade features. How can I do it?
