Will I ever get my answer from Support?

A few days ago, I posted a question about my blogs from Jan. 2007. A volunteer told me that my question needs to be answered by Support. I sent my question to Support, but haven’t heard from them. When will I get my answer?

Support is closed on the weekends and I suspect that come Monday morning things are quite busy. If you don’t hear back by mid day tomorrow, send in another query. That’s all I can offer.

Have you checked your junk mail file? Initial emails from WP.com often end up there by mistake.

I am just wondering how to send a message to Support. It appears when they are sleeping they also block off any contact screen.
I just want to know why they log me out without me asking them to. If they are going to do that, they need to fix the comment process so that after you have posted a comment on blogspot, there is a way to login without destroying your comment. It is really very time consuming and irritating.
And then when I tried to login it kept flicking me to my stats page not my dashboard so when i try to get out of there, i am not quite sure if they are logging me off again.
And they are asleep and don’t want us to email them. Not a good day. Ah back to rewriting my comment. Can i be bothered. hit the pub instead.

scotchcart: support is open when staff are available to answer questions. The forum is always available for general questions that other users might be able to answer. Try posting a new topic for your question.
