I want to know if I will get charged immediatly once I subscribe to a plan. I want to know because I do not have the money right now to pay for a plan and I want to know if I can get it and pay in a year or if it is immediate.

Hi there, yes, all WordPressdotcom upgrade plans are paid for the full year (or two if you choose) at checkout and are automatically renewed with the payment method on record unless you opt out.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on everything but custom domain registration, which needs to be cancelled within 48-hours of registering a custom domain name. Here’s more about that:
