Will I have to buy space once I register the domain?

    Hello,
    If I register a domain for my Blog, would I have to purchase space as well or would I still be able to use the space I enjoy.

    P.S: Would I be able to pluggin Wibiya’s toolbar on my existing Blog?

    No space upgrade needed unless you need extra space, and if you did, you could hold off till you near the free space allowance and then purchase the upgrade. You have 3GB of space standard.

    The domain upgrade does not exempt you from the limitations and TOS here, so no, you will not be able to use plugins. Plugins are only for self-hosted wordpress blogs hosted on third-party hosting services such as bluehost or hostgator etc., using the software from wordpress.ORG. The domain upgrade does just that. It allows you to have your blog here appear under a custom domain name of your choice. Nothing else.

    If plugins are a must for you, then you will have to self-host a blog. Figure an average total cost of between $10 and $25 per month depending on your storage and bandwidth requirements. High traffic sites can easily exceed $100 and higher per month.

    You will also be responsible for all installations, all upgrades, all backups and all troubleshooting. If something goes wrong or doesn’t work right, you have to figure it out and fix it. It is all on you.
