Will i keep my custom domain if i cancel my premium package?

Hi,
I recently purchased a premium package for wordpress.com thinking that I would have access to plugins such as ecomerece etc but only just discovered these options were only available on the business package/ on wordpress.org.
I want to host on blue host and then cancel my premium subscription. On Blue Host there’s an option when registering where you indicate that you already have a domain. If i select this option, register for blue host, and then cancel premium, will i keep my domain? what will happen?
I’m not sure what will happen and just want to make sure that my website will be okay after registering on blue host

Yes, you can keep any domain URL your registered and use it on another site. Please see:

For anyone else who may stumble upon this later, you may cancel the Plan and keep the domain within 30 days or purchase. We do not recommend you cancel the domain as once a domain is canceled it may not be available to you again.
