Will I lose Paypal and other links when I change the site theme?

  I want to move my site from the current theme to the Matala theme. When I try the “live view” of the new site, I lose the Paypal link. Does this mean that Matala does not enable this link? What else do I lose by going to that theme. (We are a non-profit org. trying to liven up our site for kids, teachers, donors, etc.)

  Hi there, your site content shouldn’t change if you switch themes, as long as your new theme has at least one widgetized area, which Matala does.

  The preview function shows two sample widgets (Archives & Meta) just to give you a sense of what your site will look like if you change themes.

  Thanks for the quick response, Kathryn. The transition went very smoothly; WordPress is incredibly easy to use/learn. And the support speaks for itself!
