Will I receive a refund?

  I cancelled my personal plan 2 days after buying it, however when I did it never said it would refund my purchase but the refund policy states 30 days after you buy, so will I receive a refund even though I had no info about it?

  What is the domain URL?
  When did you cancel it?

  Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

  The domain URL was atjan.com and is now blogbrynjar.wordpress.com, I cancelled it yesterday.

  Hi there,

  The refund wasn’t processed because you had moved the plan to a different site after you’d bought it.

  I’ve processed it for you now. You’ll see a receipt in your billing history, and you should receive the refund in about 10 business days depending on your bank.
