Will I receive direct customer service support (not the community) if I upgrade?

If I upgrade and pay you instead of receiving the free service, will I be abe to get direct contact with your customer service when I have a problem? Right now, I feel I’m on my own with no wordpress support. I’m tired of the problems and tired of being ignored when I ask for help. There are so many glitches on my blog, I either have to move to another host or pay you to actually give me assistance. But I can’t go on like this.
