Will it ever be possible to spend WordAd earnings directly on paid features?

    I’ve been trying to find out whether it’d be possible in the future for WordAd bloggers to pay for premium WordPress.com themes and/or upgrades directly with credit that has yet to reach $100. My blog has accrued a bit less than $50 so far, and I’m in the market for a premium theme. It seems rather inefficient to pay for it 100% out of pocket when I have more than half the amount I need sitting in the hands of the very people from whom I wish to purchase it. I think this would be beneficial to Automattic as well, since it would (in theory) lead to less payment processing month-to-month. In fact, if such a feature were implemented, I doubt I’d ever actually receive a payment directly from you guys, as I would probably spend the earnings on the awesome paid features you guys offer before the revenue has a chance to accrue past $100. Just an idea, thanks. :)
