  Hi there, if you enable comments on your posts and/or pages, then your audience can leave comments there:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/comments/

  You can also create a form for them to send you messages via the website:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/

  However, visitors cannot otherwise make any changes to the content of your site unless you specifically invite them to have a role on the site which allows editing:
