Will my blog url address change if I want to change the name of my blog?

  I would like to change the name of my blog, specifically the heading name on the actual blog, but I am wondering if doing this would then mean my whole blog address would change……I don’t want to do this, as the current address I have is posted in many places that I cannot change (i.e., the inside cover of a self-published book!). Is this possible, to change only the name of the listed blog name but still keep the old blog address? Thank you for your help!
