Will my content get deleted if I switch to a different theme?

  I’m thinking of switching themes. Will I have to start all over again if I do so?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No. Your content will be visible on different themes you try out. Sometimes widgets you have installed will need to be put back into a sidebar. For example, if you start with a left-hand sidebar and switch to a theme which has only a footer “sidebar” your widgets may not be automatically installed. But they will be available to place again in your new theme.

  then:
  you should see “preview” on themes you’d like to see.

  That means you don’t actually have to switch themes to see what your content might look like on different themes. As I said above, the widgets might not show up, but you can pretty much judge how your images and text and so on will look in a different theme.

  Preview is fun to experiment with, to see what your site would look like wearing a different theme.
