Will my domain name (inceptionultimate.com) work with wordpress.org?

  To whom it may concern;

  I am looking for a little clarification on the .com vs .org. I currently have a .com but was interested in using plugins. I know you have to use a wordpress.org software to use plugins however, if you convert to wordpress.org will I still be able to use my http://www.inceptionultimate.com domain name or do I have to get http://www.inceptionultimate.org?
