Will my personal contact info be available through whois?

  Hello.

  If I buy a domain through wordpress when I create my blog I assume that people will be able to see my contact info at whois.net. Is that correct? Is there any way to get more privacy and keep that personal info from being public.

  You can now have your information private. I think it is $8.00 more per year to do that. To me, that is worth the cost though.
