Will my site still behave like a WordPress blog with an upgraded plan?

Hi! Right now, I have a free WordPress blog and I want to know, if I get an upgraded plan, will my website still display the Reader and all other functionalities up there to visitors who are also using WordPress?

Yes. All that will change is the URLs. The content stays where it is and nothing else changes.

I have free WordPress blogs. Can I have pay per view, day passes and paid subscriptions? Or am I limited to only one choice. Want something I can monitor from dashboard. Looking for recommendations.
