Will my wordpress site be affected if I change my main domain for hosting?

  Hi, my main domain for hosting is site1.com. I plan to change the main domain to site2.com as I won’t be renewing my site1.com domain. I have a domain site3.com which is an addon domain to site1.com.

  If I change my main domain to hosting from site1.com to site2.com, will my wordpress site site3.com be affected?

  Hi there. I’m afraid it’s not possible to give you an accurate answer without knowing the actual domains involved. For example, I can’t even tell if you’re talking of a WordPress.com or a WordPress.org site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you do have a WordPress.org site, you’ll need to post in their forums: http://wordpress.org/support/

  Okay. In that case it’s best if you contact your current host or post in the WordPress.org forums. They’ll be able to give you the most accurate information on this.
