  Hello, im having this exact problem, the web wont recognize my state, im from Mexico the state is Quintana Roo, i´ve tried everything MX, QR, changing states etc… the only way it recognizes it is if i change my country to another one like Germany, but im not sure if i should proceed like this.

  @maayela,

  According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2:MX you should put in ROO after choosing Mexico.
