will not change from browser image window

I have a blog through yahoo hosting. When I try to upload an image or media to my blog it will go to browser saying upload an image from your computer
I upload the image then the window comes up to put the image information in. I hit the button to upload to pos and it goes back to upload an image from computer and then I cannot get out of that screen until I refresh. Please can anyone help me
