  It’s helpful to know that I’m not the only one having this problem. At least this tells me that it really is a WP 2.5 problem, and not just me!!

  Problem still not resolved…three requests for help to tech support over the last day and a half…not a single reply from them. Matt seemed to offer help (see above) and then disappeared…And I wait…and wait…and wait…

  Mark from WP just replied to me, saying they “really are” trying to fix this. Not ignoring me….Well sure felt (feels) like it….waiting…waiting…waiting…

  Disembedded,

  I got Nick from WP last night – twice. Nothing today.

  I (really) do believe that they’re trying to fix the problems. I don’t question the integrity of the tech support staff.

  I do wonder, however, about the decision makers and their decision to make the change without any (apparent) notice to anyone.

  Disembedded –> Ooh. Yeah. I just duplicated your problem. It’s not something that affects me because I don’t tend to do that. But I tried it to see if it would happen with me too. It does. Apparently TinyMCE is the culprit here (well, that’s my uneducated, unprogrammer guess!).

  Hi all,

  I’m having the same problem with the text editor. When I add empty lines between phrases or images in order to separate items for making it more visual, once I save the page, those spaces are ignored and text and images are mixed and overlaped.
  Also the system doesn’t center the items that I want to be centered.

  What can I do? I’ve already removed my cache and restarted my browser and still the same proble. I’ve also proved with Mozilla Firefox and Explore.

  Unfortunately, right now it doesn’t seem like anything that we can do will make the text stay centered.

  And this problem persists. And hours since my one last message from Mark, there has been no resolution of this problem, and no further word at all from tech support, nothing, so we just continue to wait…and wait…and wait…and wait…

  disembedded, please be patient. We’re dealing with thousands of incoming messages and when you post over and over again, while also sending in identical messages to support four times, it’s frustrating and prevents other people from getting help.

  Anyway I think this problem is fixed now. Look at your latest Flamenco post.
