Will SEO changes to my site stay after downgrading the plan?

I’m currently on the free plan and I want to optimize my blog for SEO. The easiest way would be through plugins but for that, I would need to update my plan to creator.
The thing is, I don’t need most of the things in the paid plans and I’ll only use the free Yoast Plugin for a short while. So I thought about buying the Creator plan for one month only.
So my question is , will the SEO changes I implement return to the original version once I downgrade the plan or not? For example, will the new meta descriptions stay even after I downgrade to free plan or will they be replaced with the original ones?

Plugins only work when they are installed on your site. Downgrading would mean the removal of the plugin so the answer to your question would be no.
