My website emails (contact us) are going to my Hotmail email (personal) which suppose to go to (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have been trying to change it for many days… Complete mess… and no close support to assist guys… most of your clients are beginners I think… many parties are engaged in each website project… what shall we do?

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
