Will someone help me set up my new site for Ann's Virtual Assistants?

I’ve purchased the domain name, annsvas.com.
I’ve chosen the themes, Sunspot.
I’ve just begun setting up the front page and that’s where I got stuck.
I downloaded a photo and completed the color selection along with the font selection and that’s where I hit the wall.
I’m not able to go anywhere else to do any other kind of design work.
When I click on edit the little blue wheel spins unendingly.
I’m not able to go to any other page to continue doing any other design work.
Will you help me with these problems?

Alright, so currently, it looks like your domain is setup correctly. Regarding the colors and fonts, in order to adjust those, you will need to purchase the Custom Design upgrade as shown here:

It looks like you’ve setup some custom colors and fonts as this is what your blog looks like when you navigate to Appearance -> Customize:
However, since you have not purchased the Custom Design upgrade, the colors are not “sticking” as shown here:
Does that make sense?

You’re helping me a great deal.
I am having trouble with the $30.00 purchase. Every time I go to that site it tells me The $30.00 dollar upgrade is in a bundle and it wont let me purchase the $30.00 upgrade by itself.
How can I get the $30.00 upgrade only?

It looks like you already have the Premium bundle in your “Shopping Cart” in the WordPress.com store. So, the Store thinks you’re going to purchase the Premium bundle at some point. Therefore, since the Custom Design upgrade is part of the Premium bundle, it doesn’t want you to purchase it twice accidentally. If you navigate to Dashboard -> Store -> Store -> Check Out (at the top), you will see the option to remove the Premium bundle from your cart. Then, you should be able to add the Custom Design upgrade.

The other question I have is why doesn’t the site let me go back to edit when I click on edit. I’m talking about when I’m trying to change the text on the front page.
