Will someone please send me an email regarding my problem?

  I manage a site, but have lost the login information. I completed an account recovery form, but all of the verification information you ask for is/was in the email account that was disabled. I’m stuck in an endless loop of ‘click here’ and ‘submit this’, but NO HELP, and the site (betzcreek.com) needs to be deactivated IMMEDIATELY.
  This is the only place I can find to actually submit, and now I’m not even sure it’s going to the right place. I do NOT want public forms, I want direct help from someone at WordPress.com.
  I’m at my wits end and do not know what to do!!

  That is NOT the blog I need help with. There was no way to submit any requests for help without referencing that blog. UGH.

  Thanks for the links. I’ll try anything. I don’t expect phone support, just some sort of acknowledgement of my form submittal. It’s been weeks, and I have heard nothing. Every sort of ‘help’ directs me straight to public forums.

  If you do not have any of the verification info, I’m afraid that there is no way to prove that the account is yours.

  We cannot close sites on the say-so of someone who cannot prove that they are the site owner.

  betzcreek.com – currently does not load – there seems to be no domain mapping and the site is not registered here but the name servers are pointing to WordPress.COM – but with no domain mapping nothing will load or display – so in a way – the site is disabled due to some bad settings

  https://betzcreek.wordpress.com/ – however is alive and well – quite stale since nobody has posted anything in three years
