will switching themes reset my flag counter to 0?

  Sorry if this has been answered already, I tried searching to no avail.
  I plan to switch themes, have set up a mirror blog per Timethief’s advice (thank you TT!–I think it’ll be Comet).
  Am copying my widget contents over to the “mirror” blog just in case, because I think I may have lost them before when I switched from my first theme over to Mistylook (??? not sure–I think I lost something, anyway, don’t remember now what it was). I didn’t have a Flag Counter then. I am unsure what to do about my Flag Counter, since it’s not a wordpress gizmo. I don’t want it to disappear or zero out when I switch. Can I switch themes and keep the same flag counter stats? Should I be asking Flag Counter about this?

  I have changed themes and the Flag Counter was not affected at all.
