  Need to be sure custom css coding and seo plugins that on website that created locally on computer will work and be accepted on personal plan wordpress purchase

  because asking i’ll think personal plan dont accept uploading or hosting custom css and seo plugin

  There another question is anything like free editor use to upload to hosting minimal simple website with seo codes or plugins

  Hi @oxenbranch45 – in terms of setting things up locally on your own computer I strongly recommend using WordPress Studio.

  But you’re correct about the plan requirements for uploading a site with custom CSS and plugins. You’ll need to have a site on WordPress.com with the Business Plan or higher for those to be able to be used.

  To upload a site built with custom CSS and plugins you may well need a Business plan. But if you start here with a free site you can pay extra for CSS and even a Personal plan now allows plugins.
