Will trashing self-pings delete the links within my blog?

  If I trash a self-ping, will that delete the link I’ve created between one post (or page) and another in my blog?
  WordPress asks me to moderate the self-pings, & I’d be glad to trash them because I don’t need them in my list of Comments — but I don’t want to do that if it will delete the link. Can anyone clarify this for me? Thanks in advance!

  No, it will not have any effect on the links in the body of the post.
