Will wordpress domain still work if i use my own domain?

  If I attach my own doamin via domain mapping, will the .wordpress.com version still direct to my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes that’s what domain mapping does. WordPress.com is a TLD = top level domain. All our blogs here are on sub-domains. What domain mapping does is map the URLs in the root WordPress.com blog on the .wordpress.com sub-domain to a domain. To comprehend more please read this domain mapping entry.
