Will WordPress offer flexible plans or are they happy losing customers?
-
I was looking to purchase a wordpress plan and they have unfortunately and randomly changed their plans. I am quite suspicious as there was no notice at all. Now I do not have the option to pay monthly and will most likely have to go to a new developer to start over. Quite sad the decisions taken by companies that lose them customers. Can I pay monthly?

I don’t mind starting over. Especially when a company prioritizes profit over actual service. Give you less but demand more. Not a fan of it. Hell I’ll design your website on a new platform if you like

@devandash Hello there, I see you have another thread open at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/why-can-i-no-longer-see-any-of-the-payment-plans/
WordPress.com plans have been updated/changed over the years. There are more options coming, but we volunteers are not privy to what those are or when they will be introduced.
I see that your other thread is flagged for Staff, so they’ll reply when they look in there. If you can mention there what features are missing in the Pro plan that were present in the Business plan, that would be helpful. Thanks.
