Will you please give me advice?

My blog had not been updated due to a problem in Buzzsprout. When I was able to access the blog, I found that hours and hours of work were gone. I had several drop down screens to allow my students to find it easy to find reports on their previous classes, and I had a lot of information, also on drop down screens, where my foreign friends could gain easy access to English teaching that I do.
Since hours of effort have disappeared, I want to be sure to get advice before I start to even try to get back to where I was with these blogs.
Help?
