Will you please update my site to jetpack 3.3???

I don’t have access to do this, nobody is answering me. I don’t know where to go for help. I wrote a post about this weeks ago, and had no response.
It won’t save my drafts, I have constant problems. I cant click edit, and edit my posts. If I can get them to post.
This is awful. Please please can someone from wordpress contact me.
