  Can someone find me a theme like this?

  I will be offering PSD file downloads and I’m looking for themes simular to these sites

  You’ll want to look into self-hosting your site with someone like BigDaddy, Netscape, or others, and using WordPress.ORG software, because we cannot upload psd files here on WordPress.COM.

  Also, the themes we can use here on WordPress.com are available only via dashboard—>appearance—>themes

  There are lots of places on the web where you can hire a theme designer to create what you are looking for. This is just not the place for looking for a designer.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins, upload any third party themes, create child themes, or create our own themes or edit templates, or sue styleheets from any other themes

  The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/
