Window cannot be seen after disconnecting monitor

    Repro steps:
    1. Install wordpress.com desktop app (8.0.4) on laptop running Windows 11 and with 1 external monitor
    3. Open app and drag window to the external monitor
    4. Disconnect the external monitor

    Results:
    1. Cannot see the window, it is not on the main monitor
    2. Can see the window in the app list (Alt+Tab) but selecting it does not make it visible

    Notes:
    1. Most apps will move the windows that were on disconnected monitor to the main monitor, but wordpress.com will not
    2. Reboot does not fix the issue
    3. Reinstall wordpress.com app does not fix the issue
    4. Only fix is to connect an external monitor to the laptop and drag the window to the main monitor, then disconnect the external monitor
