  Hi,

  I want to find the way to get the window down the screen in wordpress menu. I used this window once, I could find folders alike “ftp”. I was located just where there is administrator menu. But I don’t know why, It dissappeared. I think I closed the window, I don’t know how to recover it.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs like this one http://enewsgetic.com/ and that’s why there are no such folders. There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.COM to gain FTP access. You are describing a WordPress.ORG install. The two are different.   At WordPress.com, you can probably add CSS to do that if you have purchased the Custom Design upgrade:
