Window Liver Writer doesn't work from last week

  I could not use the Window Liver Writer to publish my blog ever since last week. It returns me an error
  ”Error attempting to connect to blog at:
  https://ruanqizhen.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php
  The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.”

  It always used the Writer to create my blog, it works good until last week. I haven’t change any setting on either my blog or the Writer.

  Hm, that’s most frustrating! Just to double check, can you please disconnect your blog completely from Windows Live Writer, and re-enter the settings?
